We are looking to support our accounting team with a short-term full-time member who will be with us for 6 - 7 months from June 2022 from our Singapore location.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure compliance with financial policy and procedures
- Accounts Payable duties such as verify invoices, staff claims, petty cash and expenses in corporate credit card statement, process payments and SOA reconciliation
- Responsible for monthly closing for AP function, bank reconciliations and aging report.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and follow up on outstanding items
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing with preparation of variance analysis
- Ensure compliance of financial records with corporate and statutory requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Preferred in travel industry with minimum of 2 years of finance and accounting related experience in accountant role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualification eg. ACCA, CPA, CA etc
- Commercially minded, organized, resourceful, reliable and of high integrity
- Excellent attention to details, keen learner and good discipline
- Willing and able to work in a very fast and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good excel skills
- Contract period from Jun to Dec 2022
